There are two dedicated parking spots on the side of the building, north of the main entrance. There are three additional guest parking spots for the building, signs indicate where those are. Additional parking is found on West Spain Street. The other parking spots (without signs) are for other businesses and can’t be used by you or your guests.

Restrooms are located at the back of the studio through a single door. The studio’s private bathroom is the first door on the right. This bathroom is only used by the Studio.

Our Studio features a variety of lounge pieces, tables, chairs, rugs, and plants. All furniture can be moved during your booking to create a custom look and feel.

A Studio Manager will be on-site when you arrive to acquaint you with the space, review policies, and answer any day-of questions. They will also be there during your whole booking but tucked away in the prop/storage room to provide privacy.

Load-in, setup, reset and load-out must take place within your booking timeframe. This is super important when you are booking your time, as these need to factor into your full booking timeframe. If you are running longer than the originally booked time, day-of time extensions are offered, if available.

There is a parking spot available directly in front of the main entrance where you can load in and out your items. In the main parking spots, there is a ramp for rolling access. There is also access to the side door if needed.

The studio is located off of West Spain Street and Highway 12. Although hidden from the public roads, other businesses customers walk through the parking lot. The studio has sheer curtains providing adequate privacy while also allowing natural light to come in. You can use other props to provide more privacy. Please keep this in mind when planning your shoots or events.

Located in the prop/storage room is a private changing area and clothing rack. You can also use the private bathroom as a changing room as well.

Pets are allowed at the studio but must be approved and the fee paid at the time of booking checkout. Owners must be responsible for any damage or mess created by the pets. If you have any questions about certain pets, please contact us!

Good Vibes is not a sound stage and is located in a building with other neighboring businesses and roads. We are unable to guarantee or facilitate a controlled audio environment. If you choose to record audio, please let us know ahead of time so we can try and comminute with our neighbors beforehand.

Glitter, confetti, open flames, and the consumption of drugs and alcohol are not allowed.

You can always reschedule your shoot for another day as long as you cancel more than 72 hours before your booking. If you don’t have a future date in mind, you will retain a studio credit that can be put towards a future booking at Realm.
